Fraction Issue (lost of personal fraction, after leader change to me)

Did the leader of ArchAngels on Nyos, pass the leadership on to Lizensia (me).
ArchAngels have the guild fraction as Drake
ArchAngels do NOT want to change fraction to Cintura.

2018-2-12 Monday
I went x server, to enter hammer heart, but i coudent enter :-(
I see some funny fraction letters over my head. other ppl that look at me, say i dont have a fraction letters at all.
So i went to Alexander (guild NPC) to get my individual faction back, so i could enter hammert heart.
But i coudent get it.
Then i looked at the guild fraction, there i had the option to change guild fraction from Drake to Cintura, witch i dont want to.

2018-2-13 tuesday between 9 am and 12 am.
I went to Alexander again, to see if i could chose individual fraction again (i thought because i came the wrong time monday, that that was the reason i coudent so it monday)
But i still coudent chose individual fraction :-(
I went x server to try to enter LD, but as i knew in advance i coudent

I went x server to try to get the last week reward from the T menu, cant get either

I like to get my fraction logo back on my head, so i can get the reward, and i can can enter the hammer heart and LD. without i have to change the guild fraction,
i really hope u can help me in some way

What? I have no clue what you are talking about. This is the PWI forum, just in case you are talking about a different game.

i have had a trinket sent in, and the coudent help me atm, so he suggested me to post it here, because maybe other fw player, had exsperiensed the same issue, so i did what he asked
dident looked it was the pwi forum
so i really dosent hope, the gm where looking at my issue with pwi eyes
