Trouble with Support Contact

I'm backing to the game, already get in on my account, verify my email and submit PIN, but I having trouble to try contact support for reset my password account, that I can't remember.

Always that I try send a Ticket submiting in Contact Support, the first page give ERROR.

    Try live support or send email to customerservice@perfectworld.com (i think thats the mail)
