Keyboard shortcuts for all skillbars

If I could choose one QoL change I'd like to see it would, without a doubt, be the ability to assign keyboard shortcuts to all skillbars. Virtually every other MMO out there has it. Scrolling through skillbars has to be one of the least reliable ways of accessing skills. Clicking is painfully slow and distracting. It makes the gameplay feel clumsy and unresponsive.
