Accessory Socket Stone Broken

I just try with a bunch that i won from packs in city of plum by banker with pw agent not even 1 socket added to either piace gear. I feel like i got jacked i try 2-1-3 at a time . wow when these first came out i was able to get 1 soc with just one the second you needed 2-3 and whats realy scary is you can have up to 4 soc but if you can do an ungodly amount now just trying to get one SEVERAL DIFFRENT ATTEPTS **** THAT

    If you don't go to 100% you can't complain it fails, you got bad luck, that's all, my first socket was made with just 1 socket stone, 33.33% chance to get it, i got lucky.

    Just go for 100% like most people do.
