Wind Spirit Key

The wind spirit key quest does not work. I go to the place where the pop up is and after waiting 5 seconds, they key does not appear. I have trashed this quest several times, but still no key. So now my veno will not be able to finish this primal questline. Grimoire Game Master at Perfect World Entertainment stated I needed to submit a bug report so here it is.
