Lieutenant Malstros

I have the quest to kill Liutenant Malstros but I can't find him. I went to where the Autopath takes me and I don't see him anywhere. I have searched all over primal and I have looked at PWdatabase. The parent quest is Seeking the Truth. Any help would be great.

For that quest in particular, you need to go to a set of coordinates to spawn Lieutenant Malstros. The coordinates are 430 608. If he doesn't spawn when you get there, then you will need to trash the quest and pick it up again. After that you should be able to get him to spawn.
