What is going on mass dcing going on for sever Tideswell mainly when your in Arch. Head Hunter disappeared and all the snowmen??

Seems to be a main map problem anyone in instances and neverfall had no issues

Also screwed us out of 2 arena fights and nuked 50 points off our squad score -.-

I know people get tired of the snowmen but announcement said available until the end of January and count on them for levelling pets. What is going on?
