Problem charging gold

Hey, I've just started playing this again after 8 years and I'm trying to charge some gold but every time i try to its been canceled. Any help would be appreciated.

You're not the only one. Every single time I go to charge gold today it tells me there is a problem with the credit card. But there isn't. There is money in all the accounts, I've tried 3 seperate cards, and different amounts. I've even double, triple checked I'm putting in the right card information, and that the money is indeed in the accounts. It just keeps telling me there is an issue with the card. I managed to use my cards last night to buy gold, but now it's just telling me no. I used my cards this morning to buy other things, but nowhere near the amount of money that is in the account was spent. Please fix this issue.

I have the same issue with the card processing of their end I've triple checked my card info and also cleard cookies and cache and also tried an entirely different computer with a different connection it must be on their endhas to be.

I am facing that issue too now. I never had problem before this. It kept prompting that there is a problem w my credit card even after triple checking it. My card definitely still have more than enough money in it. What is the problem here....
