Im from a time on Cn before enghlish patch and i remember on there verstion there was bad luck china and other countrys are very superstitios well like insainly lol. So i remember if you were in a city and you killd one of the wondering pets like the kitty and the puppy it literly said bad luck when it died this effected refining and opening packs etc it effected the drop rate on things.

we also use to wonder if this effected charcter creation year of the dog etc effected luck in this game.

I know it sounds strange but cn kinda went overbord in realistic in this game like fish water weather etc.

the reason i ask cause i notice on my acounts a lot were created on crapy animal years and months and the one toon that was created on the best year and month has the most insaine good luck for example random free give aways b-s card goten two of the most awesome s cards in the game on free giveaway all gold cards are 1 leadership? randome refine orbs 7+ 8+ on refine pack this is the freakin toon i rarely use and the toon i spent over 12 hundred on has the worst luck ever when i check year and month creation and compare it to chinas zodiac its says awful bad luck etc.

is bad luck and good luck toons a real thing like chance packs? in this game?

I can confirm the luck thing , my account has luck in lottos across pwe games.
But also there's a thing called buying at the right time for the good packs. An example is buying packs right when servers come up within a few hours.

I doubt there is any serious evidence that there is any programmed luck or bad luck in the game. A concept called confirmation bias is something you might want to look up and read into, it explains why people assume certain things will make them lucky - basically, it means that they only notice the few times that they win, not the many times that they lose. If you truly found a method that worked, it would work a very large percentage of the time or 100% of the time.

You would have to see statistical evidence that it works - or direct evidence of causation - or you are just incorrectly categorising a random event that has nothing to do with your catalyst for luck. Many people will insist on this or that method to achieve the best luck refining or with packs. Is it POSSIBLE that we have a game programmed to give luck based on certain circumstances e.g. an RNG gaming method? Yes. Is it likely anyone in the game outside of possibly the game company itself knows it? No.

Many of the so-called rules of luck with refining and packs follow the same poor logic as knocking on wood or holding a pretty girl while you roll the dice in a casino. Confirmation bias is part of why casinos are set up as social events - if you see someone else winning, you may perceive it as a "lucky night" and begin to try your luck much more, spending much more money. You only see the pretty lights and celebration of the person who won (or the system chat messages, in our game's case), you do not see the thousands of tries/packs/refine turns/dice rolls that person used up and others did before that one person won. You only see the wins, not the losses. This creates a deeply flawed idea that you can win too, and just need to spend a little more. Who profits in the end? The casino, of course.

In other words, in all honesty, don't believe any of the stuff anyone tells you about so-called lucky places to refine, lucky times to open packs and the like. It's all the human mind trying to reason out a random number generator, shackled by a hunter's optimistic mindset, searching for the "method" that makes it work. In all likelihood, nothing will cheat the system for you.
