After I tryed to get a socket in the accessory I needed I got error, lost all the items that were required and the coins. I tryed to relog but nothing happen. i had a chance of fail of 0.2% , it was for my third socket in my rank 9 belt.

Asked around to see if it's something normal , and people told me that it should not be giving me error in the message and to try to contact support about it.
