    Tickets can take a while to look over.

    Kalyst does not deal with support tickets so odds are she would be unable to help.

    At least wait for a reply from support on this, If you have then hopefully you will be able to deal with it from their.

    If I can help in any way please let me know tho Posting some info is a No go on the forums!
