Dawnglory - "Could not retrieve character list"

Not sure if it's just Dawnglory or other servers as well, but there's a problem logging in. Account data is accepted as normal, but after a short while the error "Could not retrieve character list" appears. The character listing remains blank.
Characters currently logged on the server do not seem affected. The server itself is running, but the account character lists appear to be inaccessible. Database glitch?

    I have this problem for dawnglory too. My main server (twilight temple) however seems completely fine.

    I just got disconnected and cant get in. My alt account also got kicked.

    also, faction chat does not work in game

    Yea, server is disconnecting toons left and right now too. Looks like the main server is crashing... Smells like an out-of-memory issue. Ah well, scheduled reboot is in 5 hours anyway.

    same here too, was disconnected and for the past 10+ mins cant get on it says the same thing could not retrieve character list. every time

    Change the stupid hoster already pwi and get someone with decent ddos protection and good enough hardware to run a 9 year old game on it ..... .

    same here - I can login but that's all. After around 10 secs I just get Error "Could not retrieve character list" and get kicked. Only happens on Dawnglory Server

    exactly to me and this have been hapening since 2 hrs o more
    i loged in other server seems they ok no even lag

    If all Servers but one work, maintenance must be over... Also logging in works just fine - but our chars on Dawnglory are just not being displayed.

    Hi, I can not retrive character list now at Dawnglory server, but on US servers I can, Where is bug?
