Graphics/Animation - Item - Fashion Wep: Frostblossom Staff (Female) Animation bug on Venomancer

When wielding the Frostblossom Staff (Female) on a Venomancer, the Venomancer does not show any body animation prior to the casting effect of the fashion weapon.

Steps Taken:
1. Wield Frostblossom Staff (Female) on Venomancer
2. Cast Weapon Action
3. Venomancer body remains stationary before and during flower animation casting sequence
4. Repeat test with female Cleric
5. Wield Frostblossom Staff (Female) on female Cleric
6. Female Cleric body produces the body animation casting sequence, before and during the flower animation sequence

Results:
The animation sequence of the Frostblossom staff (Female) is not displaying correctly for the Venomancer Class. This test has been done across different venomancers on different clients, and is not a client side bug related to un-updated files on the clientside. Please assist to get your bug-testing team to test and fix this bug. Thanks.
