Under the Mailbox there is a list, in which Celestial Exchange is noted.
Why are both of the Celestial Bard outfit anf the Gloomy Noire outfit not able to be dyed?
Can these outfits become dyeable in the future please?
I have had the outfit called High Celestial which I got from the Mailbox years ago and have worn for many years and it is dyeable.

    The High Celestial outfit was an event fash usually given out for Anniversaries in years past. In fact this year it was included in the Player's Boutique Charge rewards like 2ish weeks ago. That is the dye-able version, it's usually non-tradeable/non-stashable. The Celestial Bard and the Gloomy Noire sets that are redeemable from the Tigers event rewards are basically totally different items. They're tradeable but non-dye-able.

    Seeing as PWI just made the dye-able celestial set available via charge rewards for the anni last month, it probably wont be available again at least until the next anni. Just letting you know, sorry if it's not the news you wanted. :(
