Does UCH no longer require RB2?

Noticed something strange when checking the stone in arch to go to bh today. Noticed that UCH was listed even though I'm only RB1 when it wasn't there before the last patch. Wondering if the requirements for it were changed?

    I know the sky lvl required has been changed from Mirage Sky X to Mirage Sky I, they lowered it.
    That being said, since it's still Mirage Sky I and you can't go past Arcane Sky X on rb1, i'd say you still need to be rb2, however, i honestly would try it if i were you, maybe they screwed that up and changed the requirements to Arcane Sky I by accident xD

    Let me know if you can go in or not :o

    They actually did change it to first reawakening and Arcane Sky I with the content update, which you can find in the patch notes here in the dungeons section.
