War front supply pack cant use...

i remember redeeming it once way back introducing neverfall update with 2x pill also.. and already used them..
and for this 9th anniv codes yes i can redeem it but i cant use it again? is it only me or everyone noticed this one?

    Yeah if you used the War Front supply pack on a character previously, you can't use it on that character again. Part of why in the codes list, Kaly warned to be careful which character you redeemed the code on. Might be able to send in a ticket for it if you haven't used any of the other items yet.

    Kalyst warned to be careful with this code in the "ARC codes PWI only" thread, and even in the facebook page there's a warning about it

    The item doesn't specify that it's a one-time deal only, so chances are she probably didn't know about it either. Everyone had to find out the hard way, but hopefully they will fix the item description next time to avoid mistakes and confusion    ​​
