    It's a glitch from the newest update, the faction window doesn't display merits with more than 4 digits for some reason. Your merits still exist though and you can check them from faction base, they are just not properly displayed. Hopefully it will be fixed in the near future.​​

    Known issue from last main patch. It's still their so will be OK once this is fixed.
