I, for one, would like to thank you for working hard in trying to help us as much as you can. It must be hard to hear all our complaints and hardly any compliments. Just keep up the good work and know there are plenty of players that appreciate all your hard work. You might want to make a suggestion to the devs of this game that they need to make a new place in the game, that is trigger free and everyone who stays in that place gets a boo boo blankey, binky and a stuff bunny to hold and cuddle. The bunny will be named George. Note: I was being sarcastic about making the special place, for those of you who think I am being serious. Well, part of me is serious. LOL. The serious part is, keep doing your best KalystC. Also to the other people who work for PWI who are really trying to help us, thanks too.

    There is such a thing as complaining because you love (although there is a limit to that, as well). And there is in fact a middle ground between "shutting up" and "demanding safe spaces" (incidentally, I've never seen anyone use that term here, and neither has Mr. Search Function, except in mockery like this).

    The Community Manager job is set up in such a way that all comments, questions or complaints (except those going through the ticket system) are funneled directly through the person in that role (i.e. Kalyst). Therefore, one person is in the position of enduring all the complaints from the community because we are given no other outlet. It is, frankly, terribly designed and has been that way since shortly after PWI's launch. So the fault here lies with PWE management, not with our community.

    With all of the above in mind... Kalyst's job is, in most cases, thankless, and made all the harder when people do not try to understand what she does and what limits she works under. If it's not clear to anyone complaining: Kalyst, just like all GMs, is nearly powerless with regards to any game updates, including feature additions, removals, and changes. Kalyst's primary job is to be community liaison, gather comments and complaints from us, the players, and relay them to management and the devs... where, all too often, they still fall on deaf ears. It is not an enviable position in the slightest and she absolutely deserves more thanks than we can ever give.

    I will third this post as you have done more for this game than just about any GM. I have been playing from the beginning and you are one of the most active GM on the forums in memory. You have answered lots of questions and you seem to be as responsive as possible given the limitations as a GM of a game that is primarily developed for the Chinese version.

    There was a long period where we had very little interaction or communication from PW and you have helped bridge that gap.
