Looking for assiatance

How do I get in touch with a fourm moderator privately? I'm not talking about our CM. I can't seem to find a list of current moderators advertised nor do I know who they are? If anyone can help me that would be greatly appicated thank you.

Secondly anyone know when regular cages are comming back to boutique? NOT super cages for 7 gold!

They removed single cages from boutique because of the buggy quest that forces you to waste a super cage to expand further.

Thank you Heero, and Forbiddenwords. :)

Not trying to go off topic but I'm very confused right now as to why PWI doesn't have a system set up/list so us players can pm them with our concerns or issues. I believe that it would helpful for the community overall.

Sadly this new vanilla forum doesn't have a function that allows you to PM people. It's a feature restricted to forum moderators, so even if you knew who to contact, you would have to post on their wall first and request them to open a PM for you (which could take a while seeing how busy some of them are). The ones heero listed are the only CMs still active on the forum, so maybe they'd be able to help you

Restricted you said? Sounds very monopolized to work against players in what players can do to try to get in contact with them. To add the icing on the cake wait till they decide to message you about your issue? That says a lot about how PWI conducts customers concerns. I guess I'm done with forums for awhile I don't see a point to come here ask for help if you have broadcast it on their board publicly to get their attention. I don't want to disturb other players who have nothing to do with my concerns. I'm very thankful for the information and the people who took the time out to reply to me.

They had one before they migrated the forums to Vanilla. Then we kind of had one, but it didn't work that great. Then they took it away almost completely, but a few of us still have access.

I think its because they want us all using Arc for messaging, but I almost never look at Arc for messages.
I sent you a PM, and included SylenThunder in the message. I think we are the only active mods atm.

    Hello!

Arc messaging APPARENTLY works as a thing (as I found out the hard way during the Character Creation Contest ha!)

I think that change was made so CMs/Mods wouldn't get spammed with PMs, but don't quote me on that. If you need to get a hold of us, usually we'll be lurking on the forums or you can post on our/my walls (Though our mods might have a slightly different policy regarding wall posting). Keep in mind that Mods are not employees or work on Customer Support, so any issues regarding those types of issues in-game are best handled by out support team through tickets. For general forum activities though, mods can definitely help!

I wish I could count myself but I think I'm more of a substitute mod
