Report Bug. Entering Perfectworld screen bug

Hey all.
So I was playing yesterday normally. turned off my computer after and woke up the next morning trying to enter the game it doesnt let me.
I can log my account and see all my characters and everything all the animation all sounds. but, when i chose any of my characters on all of my accounts. once it says entering perfectworld. it closes and gives me the report bug screen.
By the way, this is not my first time that thing happened, It happened before same story. SO I tried repairing and its no use, tried reinstall the whole thing and still same issue. I went and checked all my drivers, they were all no updated or like have been updated since last two months or so. SO NOTHING CHANGED. PLEASE DONT TELL ME UPDATE YOUR DRIVER. because i tried before and it didnt work too. Anything I can remove and reinstall like C++ stuff or directX although I tried that too but still.
Last time I left the game for over 6 months till i tried after that and worked. So if im leaving the game now I will make sure i wont come back again. you guys better solve it before deleting all my characters.

From the infos in SylenThunder's sticky thread, I would recommend making sure the client is excluded from virus software and then verifying the client a few times.0

That didn't help. As I said, I re-installed the whole game and ARC. everything. still nothing changed. And no updates were made neither to Windows or drivers or any DirectX or C++ whatever that crappy game programming **** thing. And still waiting on an answer from someone who can actually know what's going on.0

After my first "Littlefoot quest" its stop working. I have talk to all npc and then back to Littlefoot to report it. But after report i did not get any new quest or item to keep going. I have report this to "Arc support". But they cant do anything...
This is what i get from them:
