Cultivation requiring TS 6 for Celestial saint culti broken....

Ever since the last patch or so my seeker Prespire on Twilight temple is unable to continue cultivation requiring twilight sky 6... I finished the culti on my duskblade but, for some reason my seeker bugged and I am unable to claim Dawnlight feathers and my progress on the cultivation level has been erased...

I can't enter Fake dh to kill clone natya verda anymore even though i finished that part 2 months ago....

GM Edgewater advised me to post here since a GM can't manually fix the issue...

solution has been found... Upon turning in the coming of age quest which keeps on magically reappearing in my inventory the quest line opened again.

This is due to part of the chain quest in neverfall sharing the same code with one of the Coming of age quests... due to this it locks you off until you turn it in... appears to happen at....
