Hi guys, just wondering how i can leave my current 3v3 Colli(arena) Team. too join a friends. Ty!!

    Alt+J then Quit Team

    Notice you cannot join another team untill after maint IF you did battles with the old team during the week (see your "Personal Weekly" after pressing Alt+J, if its anything else than 0, you'll have to wait)
