Twilight Survivor Event - treasure box bug

Twilight Survivor Event --
One spot north of Etherblade - treasure box doesn't appear to dig even though the quest completion notice appears.

Coordinates -- 425 918

Noticed this on several toons on both Tideswell and Twilight Temple servers and on different accounts. It's always the same place. I expect it's spawning in the hill where you can't get to it.

    Yeah this happens in Etherblade server too.
