Key sale is broken (30 gold instead of 18)

Fortune keys are advertised for sale for this week and it appears someone forgot to change the price of them since 30 gold for 100 is normal price...
Appears they put the shiny sale sign on but, forgot to change the price.

Yeah. Totally not worth wasting money on them, people are buying for lower than gold value.

I was hoping to finish my deity stones up, but I guess I'll wait for next sale. Or just wait, anyway.

keys should not be on sale at all and be removed from boutique for at least 6 month.

people spend 7mil per gold for the keys thats 126mil per 100 or 1.26m per key. Now 100 keys cost 150m with 5m per gold or 1.5m per key wich is a little over the magic treshhold were you can print money with it.

The price is not bad at all

I am damn glad it is the way it is now. This was a needed fix. I hope they will never return to their old sale price.

SO glad PWE finally listened to us for once.

You people wanna gamble? Yeah, then do so. Now you have a risk and can't just print money anymore (at least not as much as before). The greed in some people is unbelievable.

Just that people think "Oh, I just gonna get a CoM with key sale" - this already indicates that something is very wrong. At the point of people expecting to 100% make a profit out of a gamble item then it is in extreme need to be changed.

    The sale is not broken.

The CN devs had asked me to change the price. They were confused at first when I asked them to change the droprate on goldfoils as a response to coin concerns, but now that I look at it, I think it's more to the fact that the price was driving the "higher pull rate" - not necessarily that the Goldfoils themselves being too easy to pull.

Keys are a permanent fixture in the Cash Shop since the Fortune Key system is a constant, until I'm told otherwise.

@blazerboy Nope, schedules locked in for the next few weeks. So I'll have to ride out what it looks like for the next few weeks.

@tolots Talking about future promos always gets me in trouble, so I can't say one way or another

    Thats a good initiative.

Gold prices are going way too high due to these sales.
People are willing to pay almost 8m per gold when keys are on sale.
Then they complain because gold is expensive/GST and MoG are expensive...

Need a bit less sales and more spend rewards to keep the F2P players on.

And as a result price of lucky tokens is from 10k to 19k. For normal ppl price of everything (hp pots, hyper, teles. Etc) is doubled. GG

Tokens were going extinct before the key price raised.
Lucky coins were extinct probably due to incoming update for teh glyphs.

Its not a result of the keys price.
It will probably get back to normal eventually.

(or not, since now people have a big opportunity on how to use their lucky coins)

As mentioned. Its because of the upcoming items you can buy from lucky coins, glyphs being one of them. I myself jumped straight into collecting lucky coins and got a few thousand before the price raised few days later.

Now imagine if they made the items be bought from actual coin instead. We would have a coin sink. rip.

Bet keys sales dropped 75% on the almost 50% increase on sale price.

Stop listening to stupid people on forums. They ruin the game with their ideas. Anyway I suspect with loss of sales on this item prices will get back to normal after a while.
