Trick to completing quests by lvl?

Feel like all I do is complain, but this one really ticks me off. I have done about 10 quests the last few days that once I COMPLETE the quest, I am then told my lvl is too high! That bites. I see no place where the lvl of the quest is noted. Have wondered about it because I play lots of games. WHAT THE HECK! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!! :/:/

    Happened to me too :/ But you can complete them after re-awakening :)
