I can learn new skills

My cultivation is stuck on "aware of harmony" if I look at character info... even though I have done every fb up to level 51 with tabs. Now I'm level 64 and I haven't received a new cultivation quest... please someone help me I don't know what to do, I want to learn my missing 13 skills...

I believe if you check your inventory and click the "quest items" tab, you will find an item called soul condensing orb, if so you need to die to continue the cultivation chain.
