Absence Note Bug

Hi,

Would like to know if the absence note problem will ever get fixed ? ie clicking Fill Check doesn't work.

    I'm having the same issue. I've missed a few days due to internet issues and now I cant fill in my days :( I've had 6mths straight now (with some help again due to internet problems in my area) and i'll be furious if I lose that!!! I cant find anything to say i am limited to how many absence notes I can use so why cant i use the 7 I have in my inventory?
    I read several methods on the epic-pwi forums that worked for their end, but it failed for me.

    Correct me if I'm wrong
    1) you can only use 3 per month?
    2) sometimes it gets glitched and you need to either restart or try a few hours later.

    Not sure if you know about said glitch you'd wait until the last possible day to use a note?

    Usually absence notes will not work until later on in the day. I can't exactly remember what time - it could be around when hypers reset but I'm usually asleep then so not 100% sure. The way the check-in system works is kind of borked where the calendar doesn't update "properly" until later in the day (it displays the incorrect total days in a month when there isn't 31 days) which probably also breaks using absence notes too. I've missed my fair share of check-ins and always have to wait until evening server time to use my absence notes to fix them.

    As for when this issue will be fixed, it's existed for years so not sure if there ever will be a proper fix.

    I tried several different times a day. Restarted. Ran a PV, done faction quests... nothing. Tried waiting for safety lock. Nothing worked. I sent a ticket and guess what. They've decided its down to a bug, nothing they can do so now my 'perfect' record is ruined. I have internet issues that I cannot help. I had one month where I used over a weeks worth of notes as I couldnt get online!! My friend spent money to help me out and now I find out it was for nothing?!

    Seriously not a happy person. Never had an issue until it suddenly decided to stop working.
