Can someone charge money on someone else's account?

    No as far as i know (atleast with paypal, idk about other methods)

    Hello!

    If you want to purchase something for someone else in-game, you can use the Send feature (Each item has a little "Send"button) and send the item to the person! The feature does seem to only support Friends or Faction members however - otherwise the regular mailing system will work (Unless you're sending non-tradeable items, but I digress!)

    As far as charging money directly on someones account, no- and do be advised that account information should not be shared, especially if sensitive information that does not match the account holder is involved (i.e. charging money with your card onto someone else's account).
