Also, from what I saw via the in-game encyclopedia, it appears that the tooltips for the pieces lacks information on how many dyes are required, though I don't actually own the set (yet!) so I cannot confirm.

Top is 14 and skirt is 3 (from what i've been told by someone with the set)
Dunno about gloves and shoes.

Gloves and shoes should be 1 dye each, based on the pwdatabase pages for them.
