Revamp current quest system to track completed/uncompleted quests and conversations

The way the current quest system is set up, it only shows quests within 10 levels or so of your current level and drops all others. One problem with the current set up is it will drop all quests including story/legendary/cultivation quests that are required to advance or unlock certain areas/dungeons if you happened to level too fast. I remember when years ago it showed all available quests, although do partially understand why it got cut back initially, which in some cases was handy if you ended up having to set aside certain quests that you couldn't do quite yet or couldn't find enough people to squad for. Also the current system doesn't show level requirements for the quests which would be helpful if you leveled and couldn't remember which quests were older so you could complete those first before they dropped off the list.

I've also noticed that there are some quests where the npc will give you information vital to finding or doing the quest before you actually accept the quest and then that information happens to be missing from the accepted quest, or some information was given when completing the previous quest to tell you where to go next. Also, some quests like some in morai, or in abba/momaganon don't show up in the available quest list and you have to manually find them by flying around. I've also been hearing people having to ask where to go to find quests for the new Neverfall area to continue the storyline/cultivation, as if they don't show up in the available quest list either. Perhaps someone can confirm that about Neverfall too.

What I'm proposing would be more of a revamp of the current quest tracking system. Either in two parts or as one whole new system. First modify the current quest system so that it will show all cultivation/story/legendary quests that are available, even those outside of the 10 level limit, and show dailies/optional quests for your current level range. Perhaps it can be modified to show for the area you're currently in too to help limit the quantity of quests shown, say port to Morai if you you want to see quests available in Morai. Second, add the level/level range you can aquire a quest to the available quests and perhaps a way to warn if a quest is within a few levels of dropping off the list. This will help people to tell which quests are older and should be completed first.

Third, add an encyclopedia type system that checks off quests as you do them as well as shows related npc conversations related to the quest you have completed/accepted. Quests that you haven't accepted yet would show in the list with where to get it, but have the conversation part hidden till you talk to the related npc. This would help with those people who are completionists and want to do every quest possible, as well as those who may have leveled too quickly and forgotten where they were in their cultivation quests. A system like this would also allow people to go back and reread the storyline as a whole in order as well as be able to easily find information they may have needed for a current quest but wasn't listed with the quest.
