Make Feral Soul Stars with Perfect Token of Luck

Until now there is only Lycaeum as a source of Feral Soul Stars, and what it earns is little for so many pets because it needs both for reroll skills and to evolve.
And it also takes a long time to level up to 105, with the help of this item, it's quick enough, there are already so many items that can be made with Perfect Token of Luck, why not add this?
