Does the Demonic Eruption (Demon Burst) give me Attack Rate or Critical Rate?

Hello all,

I'm very confused, Does the Demonic Eruption (Demon Burst) give me an attack rate or critical rate? in the Skill list say that give me 25% Attack Rate and some people say that give me 25% Critical Hit Rate... Which is the thruth?

    Duskblade demon spark gives crit, according to the description at least.
    Just check your character info screen (C button in game) after you spark to see what changed if you want to be sure.​​
