They removed the game from Steam about a month ago so I would assume not.

If for some reason you are, please let us know! This functionality shouldn't be available to players anymore. If you are purchasing Zen please be sure to purchase it though our channels!

As a side note, I'll take this time to remind people not to purchase zen from any other sites other than through the Arc Client or through the charge page https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ With people becoming more and more crafty in the ways of account hacking, make sure you are protecting yourself!
