Anyone elses create button grayed out?

Just noticed that my create button is grayed out not allowing me to create a new character. Not sure if it was do to the recent update, but I created a new character right before the recent update just fine. FYI I currently have 8 created characters.

    I am pretty sure 8 is the maximum.

    The exception would be chars merged from servers. Then you might have more than 8, but don't think you could add more from that point.​​

    8 is the max, if I have more than 8 due to merge and u delete it will perms delete and can not create new char until ur below 8
