Cleric doubt about Glyph Negative Damage..

I have doubt about some cleric glyph skills ..
In particular, i wanted to know if these glyphs cause the skills to have normal damage or negative damage..

Silent Seal - Glyph Golden

Chromatic Seal - Glyph Golden

Stream of Rejuvenation - Glyph Argent

Chromatic Healing Beam - Glyph Argent

Wellspring Surge - Glyph Argent

Ironheart Blessing - Glyph Argent

When will you use these skills on anyone over the effect of the Chromatic Seal, will it cancel the sleep?
These skills will go through the damage reduction effect, for example, the invoke the spirit of barbarian?

All of those skills will un-sleep slept targets instantly. The basic damage also doesnt go through Invoke, etc. However, the bonus damage does.

Weird thing is...the bonus damage seems to be the same on every hit purely depending on the targets HP..but it's not maximum HP as far as I can tell since then the match would be wrong. It's static tho, no matter how much HP the target has. I guess, the only real use for those skills would be a max argent rune on Stream and CHB while having someone SoG'ed for extra damage before starting the combo/ticking the def charms as well.
