Missin spend rewards..again?

Spent 110 gold and no +10 orb,like 5hours passed already

    Got the +10/11 but no 12 star so on the same page as you...

    This is starting to become a regular issue and I demand compensation. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and it's starting to **** me off.

    Hello!

    Hmm, I ran a quick inquiry to CS and they can see the logs, so it shouldn't be missing logs. I did a quick spot check on the items and they can send as well, for the ones being reported to have issues (the +10 and the +12). The promo is also still running and all item ID's are correct on the back end. Sometimes the system has a delay in sending rewards, so it's odd that it's not sending one particular item to one user and then sending it to another. I've had some people not get anything for a while and then they suddenly get their rewards.

    Regardless, an email's probably going to go out today to our liveops team to see whats up!

    UPDATE : Aha! We found the issue and have corrected it! Please let me know when you receive your rewards it should auto redeem itself. If you don't receive them for some strange reason in the next 2-3 days (though I seriously doubt this will be the case), CS will just reimburse you manually!
