Morai prestige

Everything I have read says you should get 20-30 Morai prestige per day. I have been doing dailies out there for a while now and only get 10. I do the 2 Divine (or one purple) and the timed quest - each gives me 5 prestige!! Shouldn't I be getting a minimum of 20 per day - 10 for the timed and 10 for the two Divine quests (or 20 if the Divine is purple). However I purchased the 20% increase 'badge' (which doesn't do any good) and should be getting a minimum of 24 per day (36 on days with purple Divine quest)?
