Quicksand maze cant enter?

I'm not sure if the problem is from us or is a real issue.

I'm trying to run QSM for someone level 60 and he cant enter it?
He has lead, even tried when not in squad, there is no quest at the thunder npc for him to enter...

QSM should have a lvl range of 50-64 no?

    He should be lead, and you need 4 members to open it.
    At least, according to the guide.

    This happened to someone else recently. I'm not sure if new players can access it anymore. There may be some prerequisite quest that's disabled now? Or possibly the person I was helping was dumb.

    You need culti 39 completed as minimum
    Also you dont need 4 people. Not sure if you can open alone, but 2 is enough.

    Someone in my faction brought the cultivation point too.
    Will try it today, and see if it is the solution.
    Even though it does not seem to be written anywhere.

    And guide says 4, but 2 can open yes.
    Been running these few times before for faction-mates.
