what is good time slot for pwi coming arena

Originally, this is X-server, almost 24/7.
if 24 hour a day, no time-zone issue.

However, pwcn changed the time slot as 12:00 pm-0:00 at 03/01 updated.
The reason is that there is no enough ppl to be matched if time slot is 24 hour a day.
For example, SqA gather at 9am to looking for a fight while SqB gather at 11am to looking for a fight.
They can not be matched for a fight at the same time

But to pwi, if set time slot to certain period of a day, time zone will be an issue.

how to make new arena good to pwi? now tell pwi what is your suggestion

1) 24/7
2) certain time ( from ? to ? )
3) only inner-server (what time slot you want if only inner-server)
4) pending new arena release like X-server tourney until find solution/maybe forever
5) other suggestion..........

I don't think the PvP Arena will work for PWI unless it's open 24/7. Otherwise we'll be stuck with US morning/noon hours again because GMs have said cross-server must be set on EU timezone otherwise our characters' data gets lost when US and EU servers are on different dates (past midnight for Europe).

If that doesn't work, we'll have roll with intra-server PvP Arena. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just hope they release it in some shape or form, or else once again we'll be stuck with getting "balancing updates" for a meta that doesn't exist on our servers.
