Server instability?

I keep randomly disconnecting from west coast/east coast servers and am unable to reconnect for a few minutes. Europe seems fine. Is it just me?

I've been getting "lag". Ping jumps up really high, random occasional dc's, random freezing for about almost two weeks.

Might be from the lack of maint, hopefully things go back to normal tonight​​
