Going to need a bit more information to give you much help outside of the numerous suggestions already posted in the sticky thread. The only real tips I can give you atm, are the standard, "Run as Administrator" and "Exclude the software from your antivirus/security programs". The first is a common-sense Windows fix, and the second is brought up when you go to download the software. (Or used to be, it's been a while since I bothered to download anything from PWE.)

Check here, and then come back to tell us what you tried if the troubleshooting there doesn't help.​​
