@fuseekayme We have never made official statements in this capacity and do not "punish" players by denying services to them. This would be counter productive if we wanted to keep our users. Also, despite my ties into Etherblade and being aware of server politics, I do not make any judgements or decisions on any factions and remain a neutral party, as I should be. All complaints relating to factions and intra-server politics are dealt with by Customer Support.

I just woke up, so pardon my harshness. I have contacted the on call engineer and started an email thread to loop our ops team in. I'll keep players posted if I hear anything more - thank you for your patience!

Update : Servers should be back online! Thank you for your patience! Will need to respawn NPCs though so give me a few on that

@eaglestorm Bonus points when its the server you played on alot and you know alot of the people there.

Enjoy the pinata's I spawned and hopefully I won't get eyeballs made about it when I get into the office on Monday for doing it on the fly

Kal, we very much appreciate the speed that you get things sorted when you are around, pretty much as soon as you did that, the servers were back up. But that's exactly the problem, you are the only person who cares. While you're asleep, nothing happens, nothing gets fixed promptly. Some of us have been at least the last 6 hours trying to log on, and now have to get a whole day worth of dailies and such crammed into what's left of our Saturday. Its a shame you are our only avenue for getting anything done

Hi PWI.
Normally when Server Crash or Map Lag for servers i swear PWI does a maint, ever since this mornings Server crash to ET. I can barely play one clinet.. and this is with Best-Performanced ticked, no lighting/no graphics/only see urs setting..

Normally i could run like 7 clients if i wanted too with decent graphics smoothly. I could of untill this mornings server crash! Now i can't even play one.. WTF is going on here?

well since the number of clients you can run, and your performance, is based on your system, I would recommend looking into that.
Usually rebooting helps.​​
