LOGIN REWARDS

I saw that there is a login reward going on, so I went to the official news post and it doesn't mention anything about level, but when I logged into a toon that is below level 50, she didn't receive any mail, I stayed logged in for a good 20 to 30 minutes. Where as on my main higher toons (50 and above they're all in their 90s to 100s) I received mail within minutes of logging in. So is there a level requirement that has gone undisclosed in the main event details?

    The level requirement is mentioned all the way at the bottom of the page.

    "Your character must be level 50+ to earn items though the login promo!"    ​​

    The level requirement is Lv50.
    I dont know if it says it anywhere or if people figured it out by themself, but its what everybody in faction have told me.

    Ah it says at the bottom of the page that the requirement is Lv50+
