Friend Referral Program will ever come back?

I sent a ticked asking if there was a possibility to bring Friend Referral Program back, so we could have ancient gifts to raise our vitae faster... GM answered me that instead of sending a ticket I should go to the forums. Can we get the referral program back?

The grind that's been implemented for our market doesn't translate well, so we're addressing these concerns with CN. While we propose ways to make the grind not so impossible though the in-game, we can do changes on our end that are more proactive and immediate.
