Hats on Barbs

Barbs need to be able to wear fashion hats. It really sucks when you buy a fashion set because they all come with hats, which we can't wear. It's a waste of gold. Yes, you can just not buy the hat, but that screws you over if you want to sell it later.

I realize there are ini codes to edit hats onto Barbs, but there are some problems with this: 1. Most of the available ini codes were lost during the forum merge and 2. Most of them glitch when you edit them on, and don't look right or you can't see them at all.

It's been 9 years PWI. Let Barbs wear fashion hats, or at the least release all of the ini codes so we can edit.
