How do I start Dragon Quest/ IS DQ still in game?

So I wanted to start the Dragon quest with DQ lvl20 Chiu niu and i was sent to an NPC Dragon Quest Director Lhong but he did no have any kind of quests which I could accept...Has my character level be lvl20 to start the first quest or lets say i could start it on lvl 30? And where or what NPC do I have to search for?

Hi @melonicasse . This is a bit of a non-answer --- so sorry I dont have any better info.

From what PW database lists, level 20 is the first level that you can do DQ quests, and you ARE at the right NPC http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/6365

That said, last I attempted to do them myself I wasn't able to. Maybe someone else can confirm if Dragon Quests themselves are still in the game? I know the rewards from dragon quest items were removed so I had assumed the questing had been as well when I last tried to complete one.
