Character appearance different from another persons perspective than my own

Hi all,

I've been having trouble with my assassin, she supposed to be black of hair with pony tails going up and pale.

However, to all other accounts and people she appears blonde with different facial expressions and skin colour?

I've already spoken to a PWI representative but they could not solve the issue and advised me to post here, and look for any future patches or fixes.


This only happens on this single account, when my family log in on the same laptop they do not experience any issues.



Any ideas?

The barb client has customizations setting off. Simple press U --> UI tab --> Customizations

Customisation settings are not off. I've checked this against 5 other people and they all say she is blonde.

You were right.. sorry. I applied customisations but it must have only just updated after relogging the next day.

It looks like my familys settings are the same.
