TT 3-1 Chronicles quest BROKEN ?

I have farmed my whole Rank8 in the TT 3-1 (years ago)
Even tho I never had the Annal II: The Golden Mask dropped, which is supposed to drop from the Twilight Blademan lv90 (close to the Steelation room).
There are only 2 Twilight Blademan in the whole instance, one is lv82 and the other is lv90 (strange). The one lv90 is supposed to drop the item according to pwdatabase.com/pwi, and the other one has the same skin as the other mobs "Twilight Guard", which is also strange...
So I wanted to know if this is something broken, because I'm trying hard to do it and if it's broken I can relax

    I just dropped it !!!
    It's not broken after all
    I was jus unlucky as always
