Soulgem Transformation error

I am having trouble converting an imbued Diamond of Tiger to a Deity Stone by using the PW Boutique Agent's Soulgem Transform tool, which requires 15 Flowing Crystals, two additional Diamond of Tiger (in inventory) and 4,500,000 coin.

If I right-click the Flowing Crystals, they light up in the Interface (as expected).

However, when I right-click the Diamond of Tiger(s) to highlight them to the Interface, they simply swap back and forth, as if only one exists.

If needed, I can capture a video of what's happening. I have completed this method of Soulgem upgrades several times, so this did work in the past quite well. (noticed it today for the first time).

    Found a solution. Close, please. (Stack the Diamond of Tiger).
