r9 on a new toon or upgrade r9s4

I have a little dilemma at the moment. I am currently sitting on about 2b coin and a decent amount of gold. Would it be better to upgrade my sin's R9rrr wep and possible armor or would it be better to get r9 on another toon? If I went with getting r9 on another toon which class should i do mystic or SB?

I mostly only PVE and i like to solo a lot. I will occasionally do NW but I will never be truly competitive in TW or NW nor am I willing to put the resources into becoming competitive in those situations.

So what would you do? Thanks

Honestly this is a personal matter you wish not to be competitive which a max gear sin would totally be competitive so would storm. But then agian just about any toon endgame is good solo running stuff I say just go play a new room change of pace and feel

It's like asking "what class should I play?". No one can answer properly, but you. There are too many details:
How fast you get tired of 1 toon?
Do you plan to stay pve forever or consider to try pvp when you feel competitive or when some friends involve you into it?
Do you intend to squeeze the maximum you can from your main in pve just for the beatiful numbers and farming speed or you think practical and prefer to have more toons to rely on.

In other words, it's a question of purely personal preferences.​​

I Part of the question is:
Is the gain of r9r4 for my sin worth the cost for PvE and minimal NW? I already can easily solo 3-3 and I can do my own WS as long as I don't mind skipping the final boss due to not being able to defend all pavs at the same time.

FYI I do have full aps gear for my sin.

Its really overkill. If you can already do all of that stuff with ease, then there is probably much better things you could work on. It would only be worth while if your r9s3 daggers are low refined and you already have Emperor Tome/NW Accs/High Level cards. If APS is your concern it would probably be very cost effective to go for double int on r8r top with the typical r8r set and a pan gu tome. Im sure for the cost of r9s4 daggers you could do that and +12 your s3 daggers with money left over.

Either way, on topic, for PvE and minimal NW, you really don't need R9s3 even.

yes, i will forever and always deny the existence of R9s4, simply because it's china's R9s3 and is what we were supposed to have in the first place, but instead we got PWE's custom request R9s3 years ago, and now they gave us the option, at an insane cost, to "upgrade" to R9"s4" which is just china's r9s3​​

If you have anything above +10 on the daggers there is no point in upgrading them, the only real reason to get r9r4 is for PvP and it's still debatable...
I myself have full R9R4 and honestly I wish I had put coin into an archer but, this all depends on if your toon has max passives or not cause honestly at this point 6 months of pure dailes to make a toon viable for any sort of NW or PVE farming is basically useless.
If you have full passives and what not on an alt gear an alt, some toon diversity is always fun.
